About Lindsey

I help people build strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized, in-home training that meets them exactly where they are—physically and mentally.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship from Eastern Michigan University, where my education focused on how the body moves, adapts, and performs across all stages of life. My training combined science, movement, and human behavior, giving me a strong foundation in coaching people safely and effectively—whether the goal is improved performance, reduced pain, or simply moving better day to day.

After graduation I trained under world-renowned performance coach Mike Barwis, developing a strong foundation in applied exercise physiology, biomechanics, and neurological reengineering. I Implemented Barwis athletic training and injury prevention programs for professional teams including the New York Mets, Seattle Seahawks, Detroit Lions, and Detroit Red Wings. Worked alongside a multidisciplinary team serving both elite professional athletes and individuals recovering from spinal cord and neurological injuries.

Today, I bring this experience into one-on-one coaching that is highly personalized, attentive, and grounded in real-world application. My goal is not to chase trends or quick fixes, but to help clients move with greater confidence, efficiency, and resilience in their everyday lives. At every stage, the focus remains on thoughtful progression, trust in the process, and lasting movement quality.
